Yukiko Fujimura is a Japanese pianist, educator, and pedagogy specialist whose career spans performance, teaching, and curriculum development. A native of Kanagawa, Japan, she performs regularly as a soloist and collaborative artist, with highlights including a concerto appearance at Minsk's Great Philharmonic Hall.

An award-winning pianist, Fujimura has earned top honors in competitions including the Music Teachers National Association Young Artist Performance Competition and the Schubert Club Competition. She holds a Doctor of Arts degree in Piano Performance from Ball State University.

Recognized for her student-centered approach to teaching, Fujimura is dedicated to helping students develop confidence, creativity, and expressive artistry at the piano. She is the founder of Musical Emotions LLC, a company that develops innovative pedagogical resources for music educators. Her research and workshops on piano pedagogy have been presented throughout the United States and internationally.

Fujimura currently serves as Assistant Professor of Music at Union Commonwealth University. She is the founder and artistic director of the Southeastern Kentucky Piano Festival and serves as President of the Kentucky Music Teachers Association.
